provides person-centered services to adults with intellectual and
developmental disabilities, supporting meaningful community
involvement, independence, and employment opportunities. We believe

fun daily activities, community connections, and real-world skill
development. Position Overview Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
support individuals in community-based programs, including
Supported Community Connectionsand Supported Employment. This role
is hands-on, active, and relationship-based, focusing on safety,
dignity, independence, and personal growth. Key Responsibilities
Provide direct supervision and support to individuals in community
and employment settings Transport clients safely to and from
program and activities. Support individuals in Supported
Employment, including job coaching, workplace skills, and community
integration Assist with person-specific, trauma-informed care
Implement behavior support strategies and follow individualized
plans Write clear and timely daily documentation and notes Support
participation in daily activities, social engagement, and
skill-building Assist with Activities of Daily Livingas needed,
which may include: Toileting and hygiene support Feeding and meal
assistance Mobility assistance and transfers Personal care and
dressing Attend required meetings, trainings, and ongoing
professional development Qualifications & Requirements Must be
comfortable providing hands-on direct care Background check
required Clean driving record and valid drivers license Reliable
transportation and active car insurance CPR/First Aid certification
(or willingness to obtain) Experience working in Special Education
or with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities
preferred (not required) Willingness to learnongoing training and
