The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, with a proven track record of pushing the boundaries in industrial markets to achieve and exceed sales targets. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and ensure BP's strong presence in key industrial markets. Lead, mentor, and expand the sales team, fostering a high-performing and accountable sales environment. Collaborate with marketing, research, and development teams to align sales strategies with evolving market trends and product innovations. Maintain key customer relationships, while developing and managing new strategic partnerships within the industrial sector. Drive the negotiation processes to ensure terms are favorable for both BP and its clients. Prepare detailed sales reports and revenue forecasts, presenting them to senior stakeholders regularly. Participate in industry events and conferences to boost BP’s market presence and gather insights on emerging industry trends. Proven leadership and management skills in a high-level sales context. Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of market dynamics and competition. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client and stakeholder relationships. Robust negotiation and problem-solving skills. Technical knowledge of the industrial sector and energy markets. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing environments.
