Provides excellent customer service by assisting customers promptly and courteously with their purchases and efficient processing of their orders. Works closely with the branch team to assist in receiving, shipping, and stocking.*This position requires flexibility and adaptability to meet the varying needs of the branch. You will be responsible for counter sales, assisting in warehouse operations, and serving as a non-CDL backup driver for deliveries, ensuring seamless support across all functions.**This position's schedule will be Monday to Friday from 7AM to 4PM with the weekends OFF!*What You'll Do* *Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers promptly and courteously with their purchases and processing of their orders or returns** *Assist in driving electrical distribution sales for our counter business and developing new and existing customer relationships** Assist with daily restocking, showroom maintenance, and keeping showroom and counter clean and organized* *Assist with warehouse functions as needed, including receiving, shipping, stocking, and deliveries** Stay informed and educated on product knowledge* Assist inside sales as needed* Inform manager of any potentially hazard or elevated situation pertaining to safety or the satisfaction of a customer* *Load and unload vehicles with materials for delivery to various customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in handling products.** *Make timely deliveries to branches and customers as required, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.** *Follow Department of Transportation (DOT), local and state driving laws and regulations** Perform other duties as assignedThe information contained in this job description is intended to describe the essential job functions required of those assigned to this job.
