Direct Supervisor: Supervisor of Hospice and Home Care
Status: Salaried / Exempt
Pay Range: $3,112 bi-weekly to $3,890 bi-weekly

Sign - on or relocation available as follows: $2,000 upon successful completion of orientation assumption of required case load; additional $2,000 upon successful completion of one year of employment.

Job Summary
The Hospice Nurse provides physical and emotional support to Hospice patients and their families; the care is provided in either in patients' homes or pertinent health care facility. The Hospice Nurse also collaborates with physicians and multi-disciplinary team members, friends and families. • The Hospice nurse must possess current license to practice as a registered professional nurse in the state of Colorado.
  
• Current BLS verification.
  
• We are looking for a minimum two years of varied work experience as a professional nurse and preferably one of the two years in an acute, oncology, home health, and/or as a Hospice Nurse.
