Description/Job SummaryOversees day-to-day operations for the branch and is the site manager of the location. - -Supervises daily activities of retail branch personnel.High school graduate or equivalent. - Prefer 4 - 6 years related banking experience. - Prior supervisory experience.Responsibilities/DutiesOversee Operations, including making sure bank policy and procedures are followed.May perform personal banking duties including: advising customers of all bank services, opening new accounts, and teller functions.Responsible for supervising employees to meet branch goals including obtaining fee include and meeting budget. - This is accomplished by assigning work, taking actions to ensure quality work for customers, scheduling, conducting performance reviews, recommending salary actions, and providing training for staff.Promotes bank services. - Participates in various professional and personal activities within the community.Performs customer service related duties such as answering telephone inquiries, closing accounts, ordering checks and ensuring appropriate levels of customer service.Ensures compliance of branch with bank policies and guidelines.Review reports, audit board and NSFs.Assist with budget preparation.Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance.Performs any other duties/projects as assigned.Preferred SkillsSkill in communicating with clients and co-workers in courteous and professional manner. -Skill in operating computer terminals and printers, back counter capture machine, coin machine and copierSkills in supervision.Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.Ability to train employees.Ability to ensure that appropriate efficiency, accuracy, and customer service is provided to customers to ensure that the bank's goals of meeting the customers needs is being met.Ability to demonstrate accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.Ability to function as a team player.Preferred ExperiencePrefer 4 - 6 years related banking experience. -Prior supervisory experience.Full knowledge of banking products offered, taking a personal initiative to stay updated on any changes. - Basic knowledge of all banking regulations applicable to the job function and of all bank policies and procedures.Knowledge and expertise in all deposit account products and services.Knowledge of bank operations.Knowledge and work experience that demonstrates effective abilities to supervise the department.Required EducationHigh school graduate or equivalent. -DetailsWe offer fair and competitive compensation as well as bonus based on an employee's years of service and possible discretionary merit bonuses. -Employees also have the opportunity to participate in the Bank incentive programs based on charter/branch guidelines. - Other benefits include:8 paid holidays17 PTO days each year for the first five years of employment. - Employees must also complete the 90-day introductory period prior to accruing PTO.New employees will receive 12 hours of paid sick time upon their hire dateAfter five years, 22 PTO days each yearHealth, dental, prescription drug card, vision, and voluntary life insurance plansHealth Savings Account with employer contributionsFlexible medical and dependent care spending plansParental Leave after one year of full time employment401K plan after 3 months and start of next quarter with employer contributions and profit sharing -Free checking account and basic printed checksFree safe deposit box$15,000 group term life insuranceLong term disability insuranceEmployee Assistance ProgramEducational -Assistance
