Salary and Benefits Considerations:
Out of district experience is not considered for salary
advancement. Out of district starting wage is: $20.00. Salary
advancement will be given at the rate of 1.8% above the starting
salary for each year in which the employee worked an average of 20
hours per week or more.
In-district-like experience for job transfers, in the same job
level, will be given at the rate of 1.5% above the starting salary
for each year in which the employee worked an average of 20 hours
per week or more, consecutive years. In-district job transfers,
changing to a new job level, will be given a horizontal move to
that level for each year in which the employee worked an average of
20 hours per week or more, consecutive years. The in-district wage
range is: $20.00 - $34.16.
