The Opportunity Adobe Digital Learning Services (ADLS) is looking for an experienced Learning strategist with years of sales and customer service experience in developing and managing training programs for enterprise clients. Responsible for high-level relationship management of delivery of training services engagements. Strategically focused and responsible for client satisfaction, maintaining client communication, and the overall management of the client relationship. Works to grow the client relationship by identifying new business opportunities. Works with delivery team to execute on contract terms and conditions to ensure on-time delivery of training that support the clients business. What you'll Do Collaborate closely with our Sales teams in assisting with the scoping and quoting of Training opportunities aligned to the customers business goals and organizational needs Lead backlog of client training accounts to improve revenue potential Manage Enterprise training programs directly with client to ensure full value of training investment. Provide standard methodologies to ensure training programs reach their potential and customer satisfaction Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with Adobe cross-functional organizations Demonstrate ability to use subject matter expertise across learning, Adobe solutions, and industry What you need to succeed Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in business or an IT related field Significant customer facing technology services experience such as business consulting and/or learning Account management experience and relevant experience in Learning/Education sales or sales in the technology industry are a plus Sales and/or strong customer-facing experience is a plus! Working in a team environment collaborating closely with other client account members Ability to balance multiple projects and requests in parallel Comfortable and confident presenter, owning customer calls, meetings and workshops Seeks out and understands customer's objectives, digital maturity, and important metrics, and is able to map ADLS solutions to those objectives Business travel up to 30% may be expected and required Ability to build relationships both externally and internally Customer service mind-set Pursuant to the Colorado Fair Pay Act, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in Colorado. Colorado Starting Salary: $60,400 - $78,400 At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
