Family Nurse Practitioner
Marathon Health is seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner
(FNP) to treat and work with the employees and families of CEBT at
their on-site corporate health and wellness center in Gypsum,
This is a 40 hour per week position with full benefits. No

primary care services, conducting onsite health risk assessments,
providing wellness education, supporting individual lifestyle
changes, and helping individuals manage their chronic

- Minimum 2 years' experience practicing as a Family Nurse
Practitioner, preferably in primary care/family practice
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience
- Current and unrestricted state licensure
