OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Core responsibilities involve multiple aspects of the administrative and business operation. Bottom line, this key employee will work hand-in-hand with the general manager and owner to keep the administrative and financial aspects of the business in good order. You will report directly to the General Manager.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work in consultation with executive management to have a strong business model that supports significant growth over the next 12 48 months
  • Assist in hiring all franchise personnel, ensure employment best practices and compliance (Human Resources) are met, facilitate all employee background checks.
  • Manage and train office staff
  • Manage all general Administrative functions, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Management
  • Verify and analyze financial reports and specified key analytics
  • Manage franchise staffing and compensation plan
  • Ensure fulfillment of the training and development plans for all divisions
  • Oversee performance management and documentation

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least two years of college education in relevant studies OR a combination of post high school education and extensive experience in specific job responsibilities named under Core Responsibilities section;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel) and QuickBooks;
  • Computer literate, able to learn new software applications quickly including proprietary softwarealso experience with Xactimate estimating software preferred;
  • Experience in building a strong team with tangible leadership skills, solid organization and planning capabilities;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check;
  • Must be able to communicate well in English (verbal and written, including business correspondence).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • College degree in one or more of the core responsibility areas named
  • High degree of computer savvy, including with mobile technology, social media, as well as with various applications and online activities and recordkeeping
  • Outstanding communications skills in English (both verbal and writtenincluding business correspondence)

PAY RANGE: Starting Base Pay annual salary range $35,000-$47,000, depending upon experience and skill sets. Potential for earning incentive bonuses. Normal business hours Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week, some flexibility in schedule between 7AM and 7PM, as approved by executive management.Send resume when responding to this job post.
