Job Description:
Lizard Head Cycling Guides seeks to hire qualified bicycle tour
leaders. A bicycle tour guide requires a unique skill set. One must
be a people person, love the outdoors, be able to safely drive
large vehicles, must like to work hard, be able to cook, and most
importantly, be a highly responsible team player. And oh yeah, one
must also be able to ride a bike. Lizard Head Cycling pays its
guides well and we aim to maintain a positive culture. Our world
headquarters is high in the mountains of southwest Colorado near
Telluride. While working with us, you will experience the
spectacular National Parks and Forests of the American West.
Applicants should have, at a minimum, CPR/First Aid certification.
A Wilderness First Responder (WFR) certification is even better.
Experience working with and leading fellow humans is most helpful.
Additionally, a good driving record is beneficial. Once we receive
your resume, we will provide additional information and answer
questions.
