Job Description:
Stellar Living seeks a dedicated Staff Development Coordinator
to enhance our capability to deliver superior care through expert
training and development programs. This role focuses on the
creation, implementation, and evaluation of employee training
modules that comply with healthcare regulations and improve service
quality in our senior living communities. The coordinator will
facilitate onboarding for new staff and continuous professional
development for existing team members, playing a crucial role in
maintaining our commitment to top-tier senior living services.
Develop, implement, and review training programs for healthcare
staff Ensure all training activities are compliant with healthcare
regulations Coordinate with management to identify training needs
and schedule training sessions Maintain records of training
activities and employee progress Work with senior staff to develop
leadership training modules Assist in the onboarding process for
new employees Evaluate program effectiveness through employee
feedback and performance reviews Strong understanding of the
healthcare industry and training methods Excellent organizational
and leadership skills Ability to design and implement effective
training and development Proficient in MS Office and Learning
Management Systems (LMS) Strong communication and interpersonal
skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k
Certified Training Professional (CTP) or equivalent Familiarity
with healthcare regulations and accreditation
