This role involves evaluating and treating young patients with developmental, physical, and cognitive impairments, aiming to enhance their daily living and functional abilities. Through personalized therapy plans, the successful candidate will support children in reaching their full potential, ensuring compassionate and expert care aligns with our mission to help people live the healthiest lives possible. Assess patient health conditions through physical examination and diagnostic tests. Consult with pediatricians and other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans. Implement therapeutic processes to improve patients’ motor and cognitive skills. Educate family members on patient care and therapy routines. Document patient progress and update treatment plans accordingly. Attend and contribute to professional training sessions and company meetings to ensure best practices. Proficient in pediatric healthcare therapy Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage multiple patient cases Highly skilled in creating and executing tailored intervention plans Knowledge of electronic health record systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Licensed Occupational Therapist BLS/CPR certification recommended Certified in Pediatric Occupational Therapy (preferred)
