Job Description Job Description Description: Key Responsibilities & Duties - Clinical Support: Prepare examination rooms, sterilize equipment (including ENT scopes), and assist physicians with in-office procedures such as ear cleanings, nasal endoscopy, and allergy testing. - Patient Intake: Greet patients, update medical history, verify medications/allergies, and document chief complaints in Electronic Health Records (EHR). - Administrative Tasks: Schedule appointments, manage surgical, imaging, or audiology referrals, and handle patient triage calls. - Inventory Management: Monitor and restock medical supplies and linen. - Patient Education: Instruct patients on pre- and post-operative care or, if applicable, on allergy medications. Requirements: - Education: High school diploma/GED plus completion of a recognized Medical Assistant program. Compensation details: 19-23 Hourly Wage PI88663716c5c0-25405-39883815
