Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Assist in surgical procedures and ensure a sterile environment. Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures. Stay updated on the latest surgical techniques and technologies. Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes during surgery. Collaborate with surgeons and other medical staff for optimal outcomes. Evaluate and improve personal performance based on feedback. Maintain accurate records of patient care and surgical procedures. Utilize data to assess and enhance patient care effectiveness. Engage in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies. Support the onboarding and training of new staff members. Experience/Qualifications Current RN license and certification in BLS and ACLS. Commitment to ongoing professional development and training. Experience in operating room settings and surgical procedures. Ability to monitor and respond to patient vitals during surgery. Strong knowledge of infection control and safety protocols. Excellent collaboration skills with surgeons and medical staff. Ability to engage in constructive feedback for personal improvement. Strong organizational skills for maintaining patient records. Willingness to support and train new staff members. Proficiency in using data to enhance patient care effectiveness.
