Speech Language Pathologist Location: Grand Junction, CO Agency: Acruex Health Pay: $43 to $49 per hour Shift Information: Days Start Date: ASAP About the Position Permanent (Full Time) Currently offering a $5,000 Sign-on Bonus and $5,000 Relocation Bonus Shift: Full-Time Days. Pay Rate: $89,000.00 to $102,000.00/Yearly. Summary: We are looking for a skilled, sympathetic Speech Pathologist to provide quality care for our patients. The speech pathologist will perform screenings, assess patient condition, and design therapy and treatment plans to help the patient develop necessary speech skills. You should be caring and knowledgeable about speech-related conditions and therapies. Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language assessments for children and adults ages birth to 21. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment results. Provide speech and language therapy services in one-on-one or group settings. Collaborate with family members, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment. Maintain detailed patient records and document progress. Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing professional development. Requirements Requirements: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current Colorado state licensure (or eligibility for licensure). Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply – CF supervisor will be on-site. Experience working with pediatric populations preferred. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Compassionate, patient-centered approach to therapy. BLS Certification. SLP License.
