Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Our client is seeking an
experienced Pharmacist for a Rotational/Flexible shift position in
Moab, Utah. This Allied Health role is based in the Pharmacist and
requires a minimum of 2 years of recent Pharmacist experience.
Position Requirements Active Utah license and/or Compact license
Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications Minimum 2
years of recent Allied Health – Pharmacist experience 2 current
clinical references Documentation Requirements Current resume
Physical exam (within 12 months) TB skin test (within 12 months)
Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella Respiratory Fit Test (within 12
months) Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations Ability to pass
