CO Salary - $90,000 - $120,000 DOE BENEFITS OFFERED - Health,

: Supervises the Occupational, Speech, and Physical Therapy staff
who, under physician prescription, evaluate and treat patients of
all ages. The Manager is responsible for overall supervision,
coordination, and administration of the department activities. The
Manager is expected to follow Company philosophy in administering
department services and fulfilling community needs. QUALIFICATIONS:

skill and/or ability required. Minimum Qualifications: • Must
possess current and unencumbered license in Physical Therapy pr
Physical Therapy Assistant. • Demonstrates ability to read, write
and speak English sufficient to fulfill job requirements •
Preferred to have three to five years of clinical experience,
preferably with Geriatric population, with at least one year of
supervisory experience ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To
perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to
perform each key function satisfactorily. 1. Acts as a liaison
between Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy,
Administration, Medical Staff, Nursing Staff, and the community
representing the department at professional meetings. 2. Maintains
a staff of sufficient number to effectively provide quality care
for patients of all ages. 3. Provides effective orientation for new
personnel. 4. Provides opportunity for development and professional
growth of staff. 5. Evaluates professional and non-professional
services supplied by the department. 6. Coordinates Rehabilitation
Services with other disciplines and departments. 7. Maintains
records and reports concerning department budget and overall
financial status. Prepares information for yearly budget and other
reports as needed or requested. 8. Conducts annual staff
performance evaluations. 9. Provides direct care to
patients/residents of all ages, as needed. 10. Is responsible for
remaining current in Rehabilitation trends and new developments.
11. Promotes a safe and clean environment for staff and patients of
all ages, through in-service education. 12. Conducts regular staff
meetings for purposes of communication, education and overall
problem solving. Follows up from these meetings to assure effective
departmental operations. 13. Prepares quarterly Quality Assurance
Reports and reports findings to QA Committee. 14. Conducts
marketing activities to promote referrals. 15. Demonstrates the
ability to make independent decisions, solve practical problems
that may or may not include a variety of concrete variables. This
may require the ability to interpret instructions given in written,
oral, diagram, or scheduled form. 16. Demonstrates the ability to
listen actively and evaluate social situations in an objective,
consistent and fair manner. Functions independently with integrity,
flexibility and works well with residents, personnel and support
agencies. 17. Complies with community policies and procedures for
workplace safety including infection control procedures, emergency
response and safety protocol. 18. Complies with all company
policies and procedures related to resident rights; abuse
prevention and reporting; and resident confidentiality (HIPPA). 19.
Demonstrates knowledge of Employee Handbook and complies with the
policies in the Handbook. 20. Performs other related duties as may
