Summer Assistant Program Manager -WHAT YOU WILL DO:The Assistant Program Manager supports the PM in overseeing all aspects of the Summer Advantage Program to ensure our program model is implemented with fidelity at the school site assigned. - That oversight includes program enrollment, data compliance reporting, and day-to-day operations. - -As the AP you will support pre-program preparedness and ensure strong implementation of our program operations day-to-day. This requires staff support and coaching, parent interaction, and scholar guidance daily. - - - - -DO YOU HAVE?--- a bachelor's -degree from an accredited institution, master's in school administration is preferred - ---- 3+ years' experience leading a department, school, or community-based youth -programming--- Proven organization and leadership skillsAND ARE YOU?--- a results-focused & supportive leader--- team-oriented and calm under pressure--- able to commit 100% to the Training and Program Dates -WHO ARE WE?
