Now accepting applications for a full time professional Assistant Manager in a busy full service car wash & speed detail center located next to Costco in Gypsum. Salary starting at $41k plus additional earning potential comprised of a combination of salary plus incentives as well as other perks. Individuals applying must be professional & able to provide top customer service.Job Description: No Car Wash Experience is required but relevant leadership/management experience is necessary. Act as a working manager, which means willing to act in all roles of the car wash as needed, including cleaning, cashiering, detailing cars, pre-washing cars and greeting vehicles. This is a hands on physical position working indoors & outdoors in a fast paced environment. This is not a desk position , it is for someone who likes being on their feet and interacting with customers. Ability to work 40+ hours per week including weekends and some holidays. Assists General Manager in the proper operations of the facility. Supervises all employees during shift and carries out the supervisory responsibilities including, but not limited to, opening and closing the facility, inventories, scheduling, personnel supervision, training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; documenting and reporting disciplinary issues to the General Manager. Will develop good rapport and a professional relationship with employees. Manages / handles all maintenance problems, accidents, security issues, and other emergencies immediately. Inspect equipment and arrange for repair throughout the day, each day Provides a positive customer experience by assisting General Manager in maintaining a clean and safe environment, responding to customer requests, and handling customer complaints in a manner consistent with Company standards. Completes daily reporting, makes daily bank deposits, controls and maintains proper cash levels. Inspect work of detailers on each car that is completed, aid them in putting out a finished product that is up to our standards with company inspection checklist. Must be able to lift, push, pull & bend up to 50 pounds. Must have reliable transportation & a valid driver s license. Mechanically inclined & Sales skills are a plus.
