CCI Capco LLC, DBA Valor Tactical Innovation is a dynamic and
innovative manufacturing company with a proven track record of
delivering exceptional solutions to government agencies. Valor’s
production facility includes more than 150,000 square feet of
manufacturing space as well 3,000 square feet of designated
explosive manufacturing space and four dedicated bunkers for
explosive materials storage. Valor supports American warfighters by
designing and producing reliable, cartridge-actuated devices. As an
approved contractor for U.S. Navy and Air Force, we also conduct
ballistic performance testing on a variety of CAD/PAD devices. Job
Summary: The Mechanical Electro Assembler I, will train on a
production line assembling small components to maintain quality
standards and production goals. This role requires attention to
detail, a dedication to working safe, and a commitment to team
effort with the ability to learn and grow with Valor, while
effectively communicating with the line lead and plant management.
Key Responsibilities: Energetic Assembly Support Lean 5S
initiatives to achieve a workplace that is clean, uncluttered,
safe, and well organized to help reduce waste and optimize
productivity. Demonstrate good time management skills while
multitasking Assemble of small components Follow documented and
spoken directions including on-the-job training, written job
instructions and standard operating procedures Safely meet
established labor efficiency and production goals such as
throughput and quality of work Accurately complete forms and
documentation such as production travelers (MOT’s) In-process
Quality Inspection Inspect components using scope, magnifying
light, part specific gages Identify individual potential
non-conformances ahead of completion Maintain cleanliness, verify
calibration and ability to identify wear of inspection tooling
Maintain traceability of work product Quality of work Maintain less
than 2% individual non-conforming parts/scrap rate Physical
quarantine your non-conforming parts/scrap products Ensure that all
products meet quality standards and report potential
non-conformances or safety issues Communicate any production issues
through chain of command as needed Contribute to continuous
improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and

older Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident Card Holder Must
pass initial and subsequent background checks Must pass

speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language Basic math
skills (addition, subtraction, and decimals) Maintain Bureau of
Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives “Employee Possessor”
eligibility Basic computer literacy Physical Requirements: RARE
(less than 10%): Crawling, handling chemicals, climbing stairs and
ladder, wearing a respirator, lifting over 40 lbs. OCCASIONAL (up
to 33%): Stretching arms above head, lifting over 15 lbs., to 30
lbs., able to withstand loud noise. FREQUENT (up to 66%): Bending,
walking, pushing, transport, range-of-motion, reaching, twisting,
sweeping, balancing, walking on uneven surfaces, gripping, lifting
to 15 lbs. CONTINUOUS (up to 100%): Repetitive motion, reading,
standing, sitting, seeing, seeing distant, depth-perception, color
vision, speaking clearly, hearing-speech-range, manual dexterity,
hand-eye coordination, ability to withstand varying temperatures,
attention to fine detail. VISION: Specific vision abilities
required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color
vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to
adjust focus. Near vision includes clarity of vision at
approximately 20 inches or less to work with small objects or read
small/fine print, including use of computers. This position will
work Monday - Thursday, 7 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. This position will
remain open through noon (MST) on March 11, 2026. Role will be
