career. Position Summary: The Business Process Specialist focuses
on enhancing and optimizing the Epicor Kinetic ERP system through
targeted customizations, user-aligned process improvements, and
advanced business intelligence/reporting. This role emphasizes
hands-on Epicor development (custom fields, screens, BAQs, BPMs),
data visualization via BI tools (Power BI, Epicor Grow BI), support
for new module rollouts, and collaboration with cloud service
providers for the hosted Kinetic environment. The ideal candidate
works closely with end users and cross-functional teams to identify
inefficiencies, implement scalable solutions, and drive process
efficiency, data accuracy, and business performance. Reporting
directly to the Director of Business Process Automation this
position bridges technical ERP capabilities with operational needs
in a cloud-based setting. Key Results Areas: Epicor Kinetic
Customization & Process Alignment Perform customizations in Epicor
Kinetic, including adding and placing new fields, modifying
screens/forms, and aligning user interfaces to business processes
in collaboration with end users and department teams to enhance
efficiency and usability. Develop, maintain, and optimize Epicor
tools such as BPMs (Business Process Management), BAQs (Business
Activity Queries), dashboards, custom forms, and UI extensions
(using C# scripting, Epicor REST API, service bindings where
needed). Assist in the rollout and implementation of new Epicor
Kinetic modules, working closely with the Director to plan, test,
train users, and ensure smooth adoption. Collaborate with
stakeholders to gather requirements, provide training, troubleshoot
issues, and continuously improve ERP workflows and system
proficiency across the organization. Work with software support
(ERP, Internal IT, other vendors, ect.) as required and be account
representative. Business Intelligence, Reporting & Data Analysis
Extract and transform data from Epicor using BAQs, SSRS, SQL
queries, or direct connectors to build and maintain visual
reports/dashboards in Power BI, Epicor Grow BI, Excel or similar
tools. Develop Data Lakes and Datasets for use across the company
reports for a single source of truth. Design actionable BI
solutions, monitor report performance, and refine existing reports
to support data-driven decision-making. Setup and troubleshoot API
and data connectivity issues to ensure seamless system
interactions. Integrations, Automation & Optimization Develop and
maintain integrations between Epicor and third-party systems (e.g.,
via RESTful APIs, middleware, Power Automate, or Epicor Functions)
to automate workflows and ensure data accuracy. Collaborate with IT
and business teams to integrate automation tools, software, and
platforms into daily operations. Stay current with emerging
technologies (AI, workflow automation tools, etc) and recommend
adoption where beneficial. Proactively identify process gaps,
bottlenecks, and inefficiencies across departments; design and
implement automation solutions to reduce manual effort and improve
accuracy. Assist in ERP system upgrades, patches, and
troubleshooting to ensure stability. Establish KPIs to measure
automation and customization initiatives; monitor performance and
iterate for continuous improvement. Documentation & Best Practices
Document customizations, integrations, reports, processes, module
rollouts, and cloud-related configurations for knowledge sharing
and business continuity. Strong organizational/time management
skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and meet timelines.

Requirements: Qualifications: To qualify for this position, an
individual must possess the knowledge, training, experience and
abilities required. Education and Training Bachelor’s degree in
Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field or
equivalent combination of work experience and education Hands-on
experience with Epicor Kinetic highly desirable. Experience: 3
years working with an ERP and/BI, including customizations, SQL
Queries, BPMs, and BAQs. Experience integrating and troubleshooting
third-party applications via APIs. Experience with C# programming,
Python, Power Automate, or Epicor Function development is a plus.

clerical office setting. This role routinely uses standard office
equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and filing
cabinets. While performing the duties of this position, the
incumbent is also exposed to high level of manufacturing and
equipment noise. Duties are performed indoors in a manufacturing
environment with temperature changes. Exposure to hazardous
materials, fumes or airborne particles and moving mechanical parts

range for this role is $85,000 - $100,000. This range represents
the anticipated minimum and maximum base for this position based
