This role involves travel to various school locations, providing specialized instruction and support tailored to students with diverse learning needs. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) aligned with state guidelines. Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet students unique abilities and learning styles. Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to foster an inclusive learning environment. Monitor and assess student progress, documenting growth and adjusting instructional strategies accordingly. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise on special education best practices. Desired Qualifications and Experience: Valid state teaching certification with specialization in special education.
